According to the Parkinson's Foundation, research has shown that exercise can improve gait, balance, tremor, flexibility, grip strength and motor coordination. For example, aerobic exercise can improve fitness, walking exercises assist in gait, resistance training strengthens muscles. Exercise may also improve cognition, depression and fatigue.
Boxing has shown to improve strength, power, agility, speed, balance, posture, hand-eye coordination and reaction time.
