Our Programs

Rock Steady Boxing

Led by certified Athletic Trainers who are Rock Steady Boxing coaches.  

Weekly workout classes

Mondays & Wednesdays for 75 minutes.
Initial evaluation & periodic testing are included.

All levels include:

Agility drills, boxing drills, balance training, strengthening, stretching, and aerobic training.
This program has been developed specificaly for people with Parkinson's to help slow the disease progression.

Rock Steady Boxing Levels

Monday & Wednesday 11:45am - 1:00pm

Participants have mild walking & balance difficulties.

Monday & Wednesday 12:45pm - 2:00pm

Participants use a walker or canes; caregiver required.
