Have some fun as well as challenging exercise, with Lori Plesha’s boxing class. It is geared to help you push yourself for better mobility, strength, coordination, balance, agility, posture, and cognitive skills.
Lori is a certified personal trainer with additional certification in teaching Boxing For PD. She is a member of our Board of Directors and has been a valued member of our team since its inception.
