CARDIO DRUMMING
with
Don Nagdeman
MONDAYS 11:15 – 11:55 a.m.
THURSDAYS 9:45 – 10:30 a.m.
This one of our latest exercise classes utilizing 65 cm inflated exercise balls sitting on top of 17 gallon utility buckets with drumsticks. You do not need to have rhythm to participate in this fun class. However, you will be able to play along with the music! Dress comfortably and bring your “WIPEOUT” mentality! We will supply the rest.
By the way, we have the video of 8 class members on stage at our November 3rd Style Show. Our guest drummers were Paul Burghardt, Maxine Ettema, Sherrie & Mario Gonzalez, Dolores, (“The Hammer”), Siwy, Joe & Terri Schulte and Anna Urosevich. We also have the video from our last year’s Symposium with 16 drummers!
